It’s easy! There are two ways you can place your ad, the first way is click the "Add a Rental" link at the top of our homepage and select the plan that works best your you. You will then be asked to create an account with clear easy to follow step by step instructions. Once you have created your account you will be automatically redirected to our "Enter Home Details" page, at which point you will enter all the information about your property, in an easy to use "Check Box" format. Within minutes your account will be online and active and your ad will be published and viewable online nationwide. The second way to place an ad is by phone. Call us toll free @ 1-800-495-2981 and we will be happy to take your order by phone and set up your account for you. We will e-mail you a Username and Password which you can use to log into your account and upload your pictures. | Can I update or change my ad? |

Absolutely! You will be assigned a Username and Password after your have created your account. Logging into your account opens an account manager control panel, from there you will be able to manage all of your listings and edit all your listing information. You can access your photos, add more photos and edit all the text and property features in your ad. |
| How Many pictures can I upload to my listing? |
|
Unlike some other online listing services, we do not limit the amount of pictures you can upload for your listing, and we don't try to steer you to a more expensive listing plan to get the unlimited photo feature. So go ahead, upload all the pictures you want. Studies show that ads with more photos of the property tend to generate more interest and more leads, leading to a faster rental. |
