| What if I forget my Username or Password? |

| Your Username is your e-mail address. If your forget your password, click the "Log In" link at the top of our home page and then click the "I Forgot my Password" link. Enter your e-mail address and click "Submit". An e-mail containing your password will be automatically sent to your inbox. If you have any problems or questions you are encouraged to contact our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-800-495-2981 or send us an e-mail using our "Contact Us" Page. |
| How do potential renters contact me? |

| There are 2 (two) ways people can contact you about your listing. Interested parties can send you an e-mail directly, by clicking the "Request More Information" link and the "E-mail Owner" link located on the listing page of your ad or by calling you directly at the phone number you have listed in your ad. you have the option of not listing a phone number if you prefer to be contacted only be e-mail. |
| Why doesn't my e-mail address appear in my ad? |

| For your privacy and to eliminate possible spam, we purposely do not list your e-mail address anywhere on our site. We do however provide a "Request More Information and E-mail Owner" links inside each listing which allows potential renters to send an e-mail to you. You may also view all your messages in the Control Panel, when your are logged in to your account. We do not screen your e-mails, you should expect complete privacy in this regard. |
| Will I receive and e-mail reminder to renew my ad before it expires? |
|
| Yes. You will receive and e-mail 5 days before your ad expires reminding you to renew your listing if you haven't already rented or leased your property. You will also have a 3 day grace period after your ad expires before your listing is classified as inactive and is removed from the site. Don't worry if you miss that deadline. If you haven't rented your property and have missed your renewal date you can still re-activate your listing, just log into your account and you will automatically be prompted to renew your listing, follow the step by step instructions and your ad will be reactivated and viewable online within minutes. |
